Auch in Momenten der Ruhe und Stille Fliegt und wirbelt alles um uns herum wie ne Wilde. // the Unity Is a reality of oddness as colors whirl around us. It’s a reality, that withdraws from imagination because the star dust that builds our body is unbelievably loud even in moments of calm and stillness it whirls around us like a wild one.

Wie viele Teile, die es in mir gibt, will ich teilen, mit dem, der sie noch gar nicht sieht? Wie viel Verborgenheit tut gut? Für wie viel Offenheit habe ich Mut? Wer bist du eigentlich? Und für wen hältst du mich, wie ich da so stehe, mit meinem Hund spazieren gehe.. Mit meinen kurzen Haaren. Beim mit dem Bus nach Griechenland fahren. Wen glaubst du zu erkennen, hinter den vier Wänden meiner körperlichen Hülle? Willst es nicht benennen? Ringst nur mit den Händen? Dabei trage ich eine Fülle an Gedanken, Worten, Erinnerungen aller Sorten. In mir lebt die Vielfalt der Unendlichkeit. Und ist es zwar nicht weit, zwischen dir und mir, können es doch Welten sein, die uns voneinander teilen. Wen siehst du in mir und wen hast du in dir? Willst du mich was fragen? Oder soll ich einfach sagen, Wer ich bin und was mich bewegt? Was ist der größere Sinn, der mich belebt? Ich glaube an die Einheit. Ein Raum der Vollkommenheit In der die Zweiheit der Rationalität verschmilzt zu einer Realität Wie sie schon im Buche steht. Was heißt das nun und was hat das mit uns zu tun? Das heißt, egal wer du bist, wie du heißt oder was du weißt, Du bist ein Kind der Einheit! // How many parts, that live within me, do I want to share with someone that doesnt see them yet? Do you want to ask me something? Or should I just share with you? Who I am and what touches me? What’s the bigger meaning that moves me? I believe in the unity, The possibility of completion, Where we leave duality of our mind’s creation Into a reality beyond imagination What does that mean? And what does it have to do with us? That means, no matter who you are and what you are called You are a child of Unity

Emotions overflowing. Belly, chest, heart. Fear, Attacks. Heartbeat increases. Stomach cramps. Nervous. Anxious. -Space, flow to belly. Relax muscles. Space, couple with conscious air flow.
